OUR PROCESS
An Overview of What to Expect When Working With Us
1. INTIAL INQUIRY
I make it a priority to truly listen and understand your unique journey. By getting to know both of you, I can capture your memories in a way that reflects your values, personalities, and vision. Please fill out my contact form HERE
2. CONSULTATION
We meet with all our couples either in person at our studio in Gastown or virtually via Zoom/Facetime before booking. These meetings typically last 30-45 minutes. No preparation is needed, but feel free to bring any questions you might have! During the meeting, we can go over our packages, browse our dress and tuxedo selections, and review our portfolio of albums. This complimentary consultation is a great opportunity to start planning your wedding day and gather some helpful tips.
3.SAVE THE DATE
You’re officially an Eunice & Co. Couple! Let’s secure your date and bring your vision to life. We’ll send you a custom online booking proposal where you can review your package and pay your deposit to make everything official. Now that you’re an official Eunice & Co. Bride and Groom, it’s time to get started!
4. ENGAGEMENT or
PRE-WEDDING(OPTIONAL)
Let the fun begin! After you book, we’ll schedule your engagement session. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you through every step! We excel at helping our couples feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. Within the first 20 minutes, you’ll be feeling like pros—guaranteed. I’ve never had a couple who didn’t feel at ease! Even if you think you’re not photogenic or your fiancé isn’t fond of having pictures taken, you’ll be killing it in no time. That’s all it takes to shake off the nerves and start capturing the joy of this exciting season in your lives together!
5. TIMELINE TALK
8 Weeks Out:

Finalize details and ensure full preparedness for your wedding day.

Create a custom timeline to capture all the photos you’ve dreamed of.

Plan to achieve stunning portraits, fun group shots, and magazine-worthy detail images.

6.WEDDING DAY
It’s here! Time to celebrate, relax, and let us handle capturing your special day. We believe in telling the full story of your wedding, so we never shoot less than 8 hours. As the day will go by quickly, we ensure to capture both the essential traditional shots and the spontaneous moments in a creative way. One of our favorite parts of the day is taking portraits with the newlyweds and meeting your family and friends!
7.GALLERY + ALBUM
After your wedding day, you'll receive an online gallery featuring all your wedding memories—hundreds of beautiful images! Enjoy reliving your special day through the photos as soon as your gallery goes live. If you’ve ordered an album, you’ll also receive your album design shortly after and can start customizing it to your liking.
